Before approving work
Your estimate or service agreement should identify the work, equipment, price, any deposit, and applicable cancellation conditions. Ask for clarification before approval or payment. This page does not promise the same refund outcome for every job.
Changing an appointment
Contact contact@prentoservy.online or call (800) 974-6940 as soon as possible, with your name and appointment details. A cancellation fee must have been disclosed and agreed before booking; this website does not establish an automatic cancellation charge.
Deposits and unperformed work
If you cancel before work starts, we will review any deposit and documented, previously authorized costs, including special-order equipment. Any proposed deduction and remaining balance will be explained. Non-refundable charges apply only where expressly agreed and permitted by law.
Completed or partial work
Authorized work already performed is reviewed against the agreed scope. If you believe the work was incomplete or did not match the agreement, contact us promptly so we can discuss correction, an adjustment, or a refund where appropriate.
Equipment and third-party fees
Equipment return eligibility depends on agreed sales terms, condition, supplier requirements, and applicable consumer rights. Internet subscriptions, manufacturer services, and purchases made directly from third parties must be handled with the relevant provider.
If work cannot proceed
If Prento Servy cancels an appointment or cannot perform agreed work, we will discuss rescheduling or an appropriate refund for unperformed work, accounting for any separately accepted costs.
Requesting a review
Email your name, work date, quote or invoice reference if available, and the reason for your request. Do not include full payment card details. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original method where possible, with processing timing confirmed on approval.
